They help in all ways, some things may need to asked for. Like shampooing carpet after an accident. The urine odor can be strong. They do their best, with a lot of staff changes there have been a few in training. I can call every day to check on my brother. They give me details of his day, this is nice when the weather is bad and I can't get there. He is there alone now. My sister in-law died in January. I would like more communication if something is needed, that seems to be forgotten, then I get there and I didn't bring anything because I didn't know. All in all, they do great, my brother is well taken care of.
So far so good, I would say. I don't hear any complaints about the food. No major concerns at all. I chose them over other communities I looked at, because the price was more reasonable.
