We moved out dad to Birchwoods over a year ago, and the staff have been so wonderful and caring. He has some aging challenges and Birchwoods has been very accommodating. Great variety of activities forall levels of ability.
It's a smaller community and I feel the residence get more one-on-one attention. It's very homey, and they don't have a schedule with dining. if you want to eat early or late they will make things for you when you want them. It's very caring and nurturing. Communication is excellent and I would recommend this community to others. They have private furnished rooms and that made our move so easy.
