Great place to be. Courtesy of staff, a wide variety of actives beautiful campus. I picked Otterbein because of price and beauty of campus.
The staff at this facility are helpful and friendly. The facility has a monthly family email newsletter. They have an emergency necklace with good response times. They have two nice courtyards and activities. My only complaint is that the food is not great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
Hope I'll be blessed enough to find such a wonderful place, when it's my turn for assisted living. We picked this community because of the location.
