If you want to experience all these things when looking for your new home and you don’t want to be treated like just another “renter,” this is the place to go. Arden is interested in you as an individual and finding the right unit/floorplan to fit your wants and needs. A place to call home for years to come. They are not just getting you in to fill units like many rental communities do. They aren’t just telling you what you want to hear but genuinely want you to be happy living here. Thanks, Arden of Warrenville and [name removed], for finally giving the Western suburbs a place that treats renters with the same respect as buyers. Thank you for recognizing that many of us are not just people who live somewhere temporarily, but who want to live in a place and community that they are proud to call home.
The apartment is very spacious. And new carpet and paint. The people are really nice. They have carts to help bring your groceries to your apartment from your car. They offer breakfast for free. Although I haven't been able to take advantage of that yet.
My mother has a beautiful apartment that is spacious and includes a full kitchen and living room. This community allows overnights at her house a few nights out of the year which makes it convenient for out of town guest to make travel arrangements and come visit. She is really pleased with how close everything is to her home like her church and multiple shopping centers. They also have a great club house on campus that they hold many events and activities for there residents.
