I am happily settled here and enjoy all aspects of daily life. I especially appreciate the peaceful surroundings and friendly neighborhood residents. All the staff at Buena have been wonderfully helpful and accommodating if I needed anything, and my pets are very content also! The transition was so easy, and I am sure I made a good choice coming here!

I like it at Victoria Park at Sassafras because its quiet. There are no children here to disturb me. The maintenance department is good. The best management team with great customer service. Housekeeper is nice, very mannerly, kind and easy to get along with. The maintenance tech is the best I see around, very nice and on time.
