Overall this has been a great experience. It was easy moving Mom in and everyone has been very supportive and helpful. Every time I am there I see the cleaning staff working. They are very nice and if there is something that I see in Mom's room they come right up and take care of it. The staff are all very friendly, caring, kind, and fun. They seem to enjoy their work and genuinely care about the ladies that live there. They take very good care of the ladies there. Everyone is clean and they seem happy. They make sure that Mom takes care of herself and they communicate with me right away if there are ever any issues. The kitchen staff is fantastic! Especially since they have to deal with Mom's dietary restrictions. She is allergic to all dairy and has issues when she eats wheat and meat products as well. They are very good at making sure she has a well rounded diet and they get substitutes for her when they are serving a meal she can't have. There is a regular schedule of activities and events for the ladies. Mom hasn't said one way or the other whether or not she enjoys them, but she has mentioned that she goes and the staff says that she will actively participate. This is very worth the money. I feel there is so much value that is offered and my family and I are so much more relaxed knowing that Mom is safe and well cared for.
The staff is so caring and kind even with the most difficult residents. Everything is customized for each resident. The staff is happy and cheerful. there are activities all day long for different interact and levels. Very clean.
