The staff is very friendly and they keep me updated on my loved one often. My loved one is always dressed and clean when I visit. The food is nutritious and they have a great variety. I would highly recommend this facility.

My loved one is doing great here so far. compare to the Brookdale she was at before, this place is a great improvement. The food is very good. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They don't have organized activities, but they have an exercise program and my loved one is still ver active so she enjoys that. The place is very nice, especially for the price.

When we toured this home, the place was beautiful. It was airy and bright, a positive atmosphere. The place was very clean and all of the residents seemed very happy. The caregivers were very nice and welcoming.

Janine, the owner, and Cricket, the overall manager, are incredible people! you can tell within one minute that they love people, and that they are committed to give the best care possible for their "residents", and they instill that thought process in their staff. My brother and I were concerned whether placing my father in an assisted living home would be the right thing for him. Cricket explained the guidelines for care, and the services available, and we knew that this was the best place for our father to live. He has been there almost a month, and told me today how much he enjoys living at Sugarbush. I recommend Sugarbush to anyone in need of a "Place for Mom", or Dad!!

My Mom was only at Sugarbush House for four months but the experience was far above and beyond my expectations. They are wonderful people with kind hearts and they truly show those they care for and their families love and compassion. They have homes that are real homes to those who live there and their open hearts and attention to detail is wonderful. My Mom was of course devastated to have to leave her own home but we could not have found a better substitute for her. After she suffered a severe heart attack and stroke at the same time she returned to her Sugarbush home on hospice care for less than 24 hours but was welcomed as warmly as her first day. There will never be the right words to fully express our gratitude for the home and friendships provided Mom and our family at Sugarbush House.

Our Mom has been at Sugarbush House for 10 days now and we are very pleased. The staff and owner are gracious and very considerate of Mom and of our family. It has been a blessing to know she is never alone, she is safe and she has been laughing and smiling much more than we have experienced in the past year. A Place For Mom helped tremendously in the search. We now know Mom is in a safe, loving and comfortable new home that allows her to make this transition with grace. Thank you all.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Sugarbush House and everything at this facility has been good for her so far. The staff is great and very helpful. The cleanliness and friendliness is good. The care services, activities and value for cost are also good. My loved one says that the food is good. I would recommend The Sugarbush house to family and friends.

My family and loved one had a good experience with The Sugarbush Manor. The staff are friendly, respectful, accommodating, helpful, and compassionate. There are activities and meals provided to assist with socialization of the residents. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

We picked this community because, they were pet friendly. They have great staff, and good care services. It's a great place to stay, it's caring, loving, and there is lots of activities for your loved ones . I would definitely recommend it.

We were considered about how our loved one would adjust but she did really well there. The staff was very loving and cared for her. They got to know her and helped her feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this community to others

This was very nice but was my second choice.

Due to COVID no one has been able to go back to the community and visit, but when we initially moved our loved one it, it was very clean. She says they do come and help clean her room during the week. To us, the staff members have been very friendly when we speak to them over the phone. Sometimes our loved one presser her call button and it takes awhile for the residents to respond. She will have to call us, letting us know that no one is coming to help, so we have to reach them on their main line and let a staff member know our loved one is needing help. Our loved one says they never really get her out of her room and take her on the patio. It is hard with COVID, but recently they have been allowing the residents to go out and watch TV or eat in the dining room, but our loved one says no one comes to get her and take her to the dining room to eat her food.

Cricket and Carol were professional, helpful, and interested in hearing our needs and situation. My mother has yet to visit this location.

Best thing about Sugarbush House is the low price. The only activities seem to be meals and TV. The staff is friendly and caring, but there isn't anything in the house to keep a senior active. In fact, every time I visit, I see people sitting around in front of the television.

I would not recommend. Physical therapy and memory Care are contingent on your insurance and that was not expressed during the initial interview process. There are no activities, there's no transportation to appointments, the interaction from staff is minimal, it's at times difficult to get in touch with your loved ones, the food is decent, the house is clean, they have a high turnover of staff. It appears they hire a lot of young people that do a minimal job with the clients. It's one staff member per shift. I really don't recommend this facility, especially if someone has a loved one that needs to be assisted with eating, bathing, etc.
