Wesley Willows was great to work with. My mom was there for rehab, respite, and assisted living. We were very happy with the care. The nurse and CNAs took great care of my mom and always keep updated regarding her care. She was very happy with the food. We chose the community because my mom had friends already living there, it was highly recommended, and it's always been an established community in our area. I would highly recommend this community.
The staff that is there are wonderful, they have done a great job given the circumstances but there is a high turnover rate outside of the day to day staff. The director is trying her best, but communication with the staff and families has started to lack. The life enrichment coordinator is fantastic and wonderful, she wears many hats there. We want them to improve, once stability is provided everything will fall into place.
It has been an okay experience for my friend here at this community. The community is well maintained, they do a good job with the cleaning. The staff is lovely, they have been kind and helpful. There are nice activities offered. He is pleased with the meals. I know he is being cared for well and I would recommend it.
