The staff they have at this community are really nice and we could not be happier with them, however mom thinks they could use some more staff. The community is pretty active. Mom is the memory care unit and there are less activities available. She loves the food and the community is nice. They are a little expensive. I would recommend this community.
Allay Senior Care community really has a family like atmosphere to it which is one main reason we like it so much, there are only a few people in the building so its not to overwhelming. Our loved one seems to be doing really well with the care that is provided. When it comes to the activities they at times have brought in outside musical entertainment. They also take the residents outside to their courtyard when it is nice since it is all safely secured. Based on our overall experience with Allay Senior Care we would recommend them to other families. The staff is all very friendly and it is good value for the money.
The staff are great, my mother really likes them and says that they all are nice. The room is always clean. Laundry is washed almost daily. My mother does complain a lot about the food lately. They are often out of things or offer items people her age don't know what it is. I've talked to others that have plenty of complaints about the food lately.
