Careful and professional care, I know that my Aunt is in safe hands with Ashbrook! The lady in charge has been incredibly helpful getting her settled in and really making it feel like home for her. It's great to see someone you love finally happy. They provide good entertaining senior care and the price is acceptable. Food is amazing! I highly recommend.

My sister loved living there. She socialized with the other residents and she really liked her apartment. She didn't care much for the "bland" meals but she moved up here from Texas!! The employees were very friendly. Her apartment didn't seem to get much cleaning-the floors were usually dusty and dirty. My sister received good care until the last week she lived there. We found out that she fell once and had a bruised eye. We were not called. Then she fell, possibly the next day, and laid there for about 12 hours. She did not have on her emergency button so part of it was her fault. When I was called they said she had trauma to her face and I needed to take her to the ER. Before I could get there, they had called an ambulance. My sister had severe trauma to her face and we found out that she had a broken femur. She had also laid there long enough that enzymes had started breaking down her muscles. After surgery, she had to go to a nursing home.

Our dear friend is still settling in, but so far the feedback she has given me is that she is very happy there. This community is exactly what she was looking for, especially for the price. She says the meals are absolutely awesome, but wishes she had a little bit more floor space in the apartment for elderly living. She loves the cottage style living and especially all of the windows in the building. She is legally blind but is still able to see the sunlight from her apartment.
