My mother has been living at Mankato Lodge for almost a year now. We have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and residents there. My mother absolutely loves living there. Knowing mom is safe and happy is all we could ever want.

Oak Park Place - Albert Lea
4.4

They really try and involve the community and their decorations are beautiful. The facility is very nice and clean and always decorated. As far as improving, on the memory care side, I have seen no activities with those residents. And with memory care it may be difficult, but they have puzzles on a shelf but I have never seen any open. There is very little interaction with the residents. They seem to just send everyone back to their rooms after mealtime. On the other side, assisted living side, they have several activities that residents can partake in like exercise class, bingo, a boat trip outing, but nothing in memory care.
