From the first phone call, to the move-in, through the past three months of my sister living at August Haus, the entire staff has been extremely helpful and supportive and thorough and inclusive. Overall this has been a good move for my Mom. I feel comfortable she is being taken care of. Timing of her med has been a bit challenging but I have found staff to be cooperative once they understand why every four hours, not an hour either way of four. Overall very happy.
