The staff is very friendly and informative, the meals are nutritionist and low in Sodium and fat, there's always activities going on and a social hour everyday week. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in putting their loved ones in a assisted living home, both my parents have lived there my Mom 8 years ago and my father since April of this year.

My Mom lives here. The building is fairly new and is solely independent living. There are no places to go for walks because the property is fenced in and there’s a highway that runs right in front of it. The staff seems to be fine and Mom likes her apartment. She has a good view of the ocean from her room. The food they serve is okay; she’s allowed to take her meals to her room, so she takes advantage of that a lot. A lot of the residents can’t interact with her because they aren’t as high functioning, so it can be a bit boring. Overall, I would recommend this place, but they should create a walking path for the residents that want to take walks.

Our experience has been good and our loved one seems to enjoy the meals, and from what we have heard they offer a good amount of activities for the residents to participate in.

Independent Living

For seniors who desire to live primarily without assistance but would like the convenience of having housekeeping maintained by professionalls, an Independent Living Community could be the perfect choice. You or your loved one may live their lives as they desire while their food is cooked by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are handled by staff, and social activities are scheduled and organized.
