My loved one is a resident at Cedar Springs and most everything has been great. However, it's always hard to get someone from the office on the phone. I feel like calls need to route to someone even if no one is physically at the office.
At Heritage, they had full nursing capability at all times. It is a smaller, older facility with very caring staff. They have trained nurses on site who can provide basic care reducing the number of hospital visits required.
Friendly and efficient staff. Most residents are also friendly. Love the activity director and [name removed] (the driver). A good place to live. Meals are not the best could be improved.
