A great community for my mom. She seems very happy. Excellent staffing who takes good care of my mom's needs. Activities are offered for mom when she is wanting to participate. A clean and enviroment with both the room and grounds taken care of at all times. I would recommend to others.

It's a comfortable apartment, with friendly residents. They need to work on consistent cook, and additional staff. They have had, way too much staff turnover. My loved one is very happy there. She has made some wonderful friends and that her family appreciates the level of care and safety she has there. There may be areas that could use improvement but overall we are all very happy.

Bismarck, North Dakota

Independent Living

An Independent Living Community allows residents the ability to live an active life while assuring their basic needs are fulfilled. Occupants can continue to live their lives as they desire while their meals are prepared by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are handled by staff, and recreational activities are organized and scheduled. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to be among peers, surrounded by others of similar age groups and backgrounds. Residents’ quarters consist of a private living space with their own kitchen. The independence of apartment life is still enjoyed, offering opportunities to socialize with guests and visitors in a private and personal setting. While policies vary between communities, a number of residences allow pets as well. If residents decide they would like to employ the services of private medical providers, they always have the option. There are a variety of expenses and benefits to keep in mind while choosing an independent living community. It is important to learn if these services are covered in the plan: field trips, move-in fee, utilities, wellness program, private phone, internet access, cable TV, and transportation. The benefits that pertain to independent living include transportation, private rental hall, game/TV room, laundry service, security guards, beauty salon & barber shop, golf course, and healthcare center.
