My brother did not have a good experience in his stay at this community. They had him in one room when he moved in and then they changed his room the next day. When I inquired as to why they said they try to have them with a roommate they are compatible with. When they moved him into the new room he did not get along with his roommate and due to issues with him and the staff not assisting he is no longer living at this community.
Our experience with Brookdale Bristol was a very positive one! The facility is clean and well kept, and the people are very friendly. I saw a few communities in the area and Brookdale really impressed me with their activities program. They're definitely worth a look if you're looking into senior care in the area!
The residents & staff are great. Food is okay I believe they may be a little under staffed. Disappointed to see rate increase 2 months after moving in, my rate was locked in for a year. Independent living space is adequate for what I stepped down into. Good way to start your downsizing.
