I have been here 10 years as a resident . I definitely have enjoyed it or I wouldn’t have been here this long. I enjoy the people and feeling like we are family here and the staff is nice . I would love anywhere else this is where I belong .

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care of Mt Carmel in Mount Carmel, IL

It's probably the same for any community, you have to be a voice for your family member and stay on top of it. They've done a good job of being responsive and listening when I come to them. I think they could do better with training for staff in a memory care unit. I feel like they treat me and my loved one very well. They're very personable to the residents. They know them by name, and they know me by name. I would recommend Villas of Holly Brook/Reflections Memory Care.
