I have nothing bad to say about them. The caregivers I've spoke to have all been very nice They give me calls all the time and keep me updated on what's going on with my loved one. It's a wonderful service, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Golden Heart in Austin is the best home-care agency we have used here in Texas! Amazing staff and the owner who is a nurse, goes above and beyond to help. We are current clients and will never use another company! We have had the same caregiver who is very professional and caring. Other agencies send a revolving door of young in-experienced non-English speaking caregivers. Very confusing for dad. We are glad we found Golden Heart! We highly recommend their services!
