Theracare Home Health Austin

My Mom lived at Belmont Westlake for 3 years. During the last year of her life she needed physical therapy that Belmont didn't provide. Theracare was called in to help our Mom and we were blessed to have [name removed] work with her. [name removed]was highly skilled, punctual, scheduled visits based on our needs, and treated Mom like she was her own. Her positive attitude encouraged Mom to work hard and she improved under [name removed] care. Our Mom passed away on [date removed] [name removed]made a point to find us out and give us her condolences. Thank you [name removed] for treating our Mom so well. You made the last months of her life more comfortable and for that we are forever grateful. God bless you [name removed].

I have nothing bad to say about them. The caregivers I've spoke to have all been very nice They give me calls all the time and keep me updated on what's going on with my loved one. It's a wonderful service, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Golden Heart Senior Care - Austin West
5.0

Golden Heart in Austin is the best home-care agency we have used here in Texas! Amazing staff and the owner who is a nurse, goes above and beyond to help. We are current clients and will never use another company! We have had the same caregiver who is very professional and caring. Other agencies send a revolving door of young in-experienced non-English speaking caregivers. Very confusing for dad. We are glad we found Golden Heart! We highly recommend their services!
