Golden Heart Senior Care - Austin West
5.0

Golden Heart in Austin is the best home-care agency we have used here in Texas! Amazing staff and the owner who is a nurse, goes above and beyond to help. We are current clients and will never use another company! We have had the same caregiver who is very professional and caring. Other agencies send a revolving door of young in-experienced non-English speaking caregivers. Very confusing for dad. We are glad we found Golden Heart! We highly recommend their services!

In the beginning it was a little difficult, it was hard for them to secure someone that would be able to come to our loved ones place, the location was not ideal. However they stayed in constant communication with us and were upfront about the struggles they were having. We now have someone permanent and we are very appreciative and of their helpfulness.

The lady that sees my mother has been amazing! She does whatever my Mom asks her to do and when there's nothing to do she is such a great companion. Since starting services my Mom now has a little more pep in her step and I am forever grateful! The owner and his right hand gal are such a pleasure to work with! I have and will continue to rave on what a great experience this has been!
