It's only been a short time since starting services with Right at Home and everything is going great so far. I have no complaints. The caregivers are nice and friendly and do their job well.
They were very accommodating and very willing to help and work around our schedule. Sometimes the staff were not as experienced as we would have liked, but there's no question that the administrative staff did everything to accommodate and meet our needs. In that regard they were very good. The people they sent were generally good as well, and friendly. And they did everything that we asked of them. If anything they were a bit too nice, and my loved one needed someone to be little bit more firm with him, which is where that extra experience comes into play.
They seem to be doing a good job. The girl that comes is friendly, and I haven't had any problems with her at all.
