They are a great company. If you need someone like this, please give them a call. When I needed help they were there and it was great. There is one staff member that I enjoyed working with. They have a lot of assistance and other services to assist the family. They were there for me to run errands.
I would recommend to others because there isn't any other agency that provides what they provide, which is a minimal number of hours per week for companion care basically and light cleaning and errands. I found no other agency that would do as few as 12 hours/week.
We chose Senior Helpers because the director who came to the house and explained the process was really good with my mom and that made us feel comfortable. The caretakers that have come have been fabulous and I would and have recommend to others looking.
