We have been using Home Instead, and it has been working out wonderful, at least for the time being. The aide that comes in gets along well with my loved one. They have done a pretty good job.
So far we've been very pleased with the service. All of the aides and employees we've worked with have been friendly and helpful. They've been very flexible regarding scheduling, which is important since my loved one has irregular medical appointments. I really appreciate that they've given my loved one the opportunity to stay at home, which is what he really wanted.
All of our concerns have been addressed, as soon as they come up. They try to send the same caregivers but they do change periodically to different ones. They have all been pretty friendly. Most of the caregivers have been knowledgeable save for a few, who were a little young and maybe not as experienced.
