Types of care available in Niagara Falls, NY
The service is ok, but I think the set up was complicated and not well-matched for my purposes. They provided extensive evaluation before service began and seemed geared toward providing nursing care rather than companion care. There were some communication break-downs which resulted from numerous people answering the phone and taking messages. They seemed caring, but were unable to provide consistent care from a minimum number of different caregivers for the time-span required.
The fee is kinda high and the billing communication is not very good. There have been issues with the bill at the Admin level. The caregiver is great, friendly, and does a great job. The caregiver does a great job with communication and my loved love her.
