We had some issues with them when we started the service, but they worked those out with us and now we are completely satisfied with the service. The caregiver we have gets along great with my loved one, and she is very caring and professional. The price is a bit high, but that is just the nature of the business, it is priced competitively with other services we looked at.
The experience with Home Care Assistance has been an all around good experience. My mom really likes her friend/caregiver and seems to be adjusting very well to getting the help. The process to start services was very professional and the agency definitely paired Mom with the right caregiver. She is there mainly to serve as a companion and Mom enjoys the time!
