Premier Custom Care, LLC - Prairie Village
4.6

The care provided by the team was excellent in every way. The only problem we had was the week that we needed respite care. That WEEK was billed at $[removed]. (Non-Medical personnel) There was no disclosure that it would be that much. I would not have gone. My mental and physical health were and are poor, leading to poor decision making. I assumed the Long Term Care would pay more for respite care. The nursing my mother went to was $[removed]for each MONTH. I had to give up taking care of Mom to a nursing home and she passed away 6 months later. She was on Medicare/Medicaid, who conducted asset searches. Anything she had was liquidated. Life Insurance and pensions. I am 67 and have a disability which Premier Custom Care is aware of. All I have is the mobile home and the lot it sits on. Each had a Transfer On Death filed. There are no assets. My warning to others. Get DETAILS first!

Private Home Care LLC in Overland Park, KS

Private Home Care is very cooperative, super friendly, and they make my aunt feel like she's apart of their family. I don't worry when they're with her, I feel comfortable with them coming into the home. My aunt connected with everyone, but there are a couple caregivers that she really likes because they're a bit more talkative. The food they cook for her could use a little more variety, they tend to make the same things - but that may be attributed to my aunt. They go shopping, run errands, and things of that nature. They'll drive her to appointments & stores using their own car and other times they'll drive hers. I haven't had a bad experience with anyone; they're always on time, always dressed appropriately, and they're very friendly!

Senior Helpers - Overland Park, KS

I really was very impressed with [name removed] the owner of senior helpers. He came over to my home to meet me and discuss my needs. Your company is truly a blessing for all of us that are going through difficult times with our aging parents and loved ones. Without your assistance I would never have found them. Incredibly informative, before I called you I was really lost. I love the company I am with they have been wonderful.
