Types of care available in Nashua, IA
They have been really good. We have a consistent caregiver, now. They have been pretty reliable. The billing is a little delayed, but not too bad, and I think that was just the initial set up. I'd give them a four out of five.
My caretaker is [name removed]. A She is incredibly good with my husband . She has great dementia training. Very pleased . She deserves more money. [name removed] takes Don to Senior Centerand library. I wish she could take him to Dr appts. In Rochester. She loves to laugh which my husband loves.
This is a nice agency and we were okay with the services we received from them. The care givers need to be more knowledgeable about people with dementia. The care givers were not very beneficial to us because my mother would tell them to leave after five minutes of being there. She is doing a lot better now. I would say to anyone looking into home care just make sure you are clear about you loved one care.
