We chose Spring Hills Home Care Services because they were able to come right to my home and they brought the staff members they thought would fit well with us. They made the interview process very quick and easy. I would tell others just to make sure to check the holiday schedules that they have.
We have been happy with Comforcare with providing caregivers for my mother in the last 9 years. Just like most agencies, quality caregivers are hard to find who are compassionate and respectful of those they care for. In addition to the caregivers, the company overall including the administration, office staff, and nursing coordinators assist with issues with either phone conversations or face to face meetings in order to resolve any issues/concerns. The staff are diligent with working with the families in order to provide the best fit for your loved one. I would strongly recommend at least talking to Comforcare when deciding care for your loved one.
We loved this home care agency . They did a very good job caring for my mother and her needs . I would use this home care again . My mother adjusted well to the care givers , they were very helpful . They helped with the cooking , cleaning , and some personal care . We had one situation where they sent out a new care giver without letting us know . They did apologize for that happening . This is a home care agency I would recommend .
