It's working out really well for us. We are able to get the same person on a regular basis. They were the only ones that were within our price range and they were able to work with the VA benefits. They are always prompt, and we don't have issues with people not showing up or needing a replacement.
Everything is going fine. They have showed up on time as scheduled for every shift I have requested, you can't ask for much more than that. They have been very reliable. We have a main person that comes and they fill in someone if she needs a day off, but for the most part it's a consistent caregiver. I really appreciate that they bill promptly as well.
So far it's been a really good experience working with Senior Helpers. Right now their primary role is to help my Mom with cleaning and they seem to get the job done. It would be nice if they sent the same person consistently but that would be my only complaint. I really appreciate the fact that we have someone there when we cannot be there. It really gives me peace of mind knowing someone is there in case of a fall. All in all it's been great!
