I have been working with Premier home care for over a year now. They have always exceeded my expectations with their level of professionalism. I also could not get a better care giver. She is spot on with everything she does.
The whole situation I have never had to deal with but this was amazing. If you need the services this is the way to go. The staff are available at all hours and they always come through. This was the difference in my mother having to go to assisted living or not and that is not something that I wanted for my loved one. They filled a void that we could not fill for my loved one.
Overall Havenwood Caregiver Services has been quite good. My sister is the one living there now. She has Alzheimers and the caregiver she has is very outgoing, friendly and competent. Her name is Sally and she is really good. She takes my sister for walks, and take her shopping, and really is exactly what we need. My sister is pretty well pleased as am I.
