My grandmother had dementia and could be very difficult at times but Simone always stay professional and was very sweet and loving to her no matter how my grandmother got towards her. My family and I were very lucky and grateful to have [name removed] she always brought a smile to our faces and my grandmother loved her. [name removed] was there when my grandmother passed and she was a great comfort to us in our time of loss, and made sure my grandfather was ok. She even went out of her way and got us some very nice picture of my grandmother developed and framed. We really feel like she is part of our family the way she took care of all of us. she definitely went above and beyond on a daily basis and for that we are grateful!
