Golden Oak Care - Yonge in Toronto, ON
4.4

They were very accommodating and very willing to help and work around our schedule. Sometimes the staff were not as experienced as we would have liked, but there's no question that the administrative staff did everything to accommodate and meet our needs. In that regard they were very good. The people they sent were generally good as well, and friendly. And they did everything that we asked of them. If anything they were a bit too nice, and my loved one needed someone to be little bit more firm with him, which is where that extra experience comes into play.

Care for our mother and [name removed] and the Caregivers team came through for us. We have had the most loving and caring PSW looking after our mother since then and Mom believes she is her daughter. We agree, she is now part of the family. [Name removed] February 2017

They seem to be doing a good job. The girl that comes is friendly, and I haven't had any problems with her at all.
