I am happy with the care from this services. the caretakers were reliable and helping with transportation to and from Dr. Light housekeeping and small errands. We were happy for the help with the personal needs. The service might need more care takers. We would recommend this service to other families for great care in there home.

Grandma Joan's provided me with a very easy to use platform to find and employ a live-in caregiver for my 104-year-old dad. All the administrative details which would have been very hard for me to find out and deal with were included in the step-by-step guidance provided. On one hand the service is pricey but on the other, not easy to find a comprehensive package that would have resulted in such a trustworthy arrangement, which was the overarching criterion. California has stricter rules about payment to caregivers than other states so cost is simply higher but given that as an unavoidable feature, this was still a more viable set up than I could otherwise find. All in all, I am very glad that I was referred to David and his service which has so far had a good outcome.

They're very good and very conscientious from what ive seen. When the caregivers come im not there but when i go over i check in and everythings how they said it would be which gives you a very confident feeling. i think my aunt was fine, i think the only thing she didnt like maybe was the food preparation but she likes her food prepared a certain way and thats all a matter of taste. ive asked her if she likes it and she's told me unequivically yes. The biggest factor with a 70 plus year old is that her caregivers are there when they say theyre going to be, and they always have been. She usually will send them across the street to pick up heavier items at the grocery store but shes happy with them and overall im very satisfied with the caregiers and what they do.
