We did have to try a few different caregivers and they did not match with our loved one and the needs we were looking for. The last caregiver we got is excellent and I am glad we found her. Make sure to have them send someone that matches with your loved one. The administrative staff have been responsive and flexible and we have been happy with them.
Clarissa is very helpful and keeps my diet on track very considerate and takes good care of everything. This service is very well managed and good value.
