We had the nurse only one night, and he did the best he could. The coordinator was fantastic and a great guy. The nurse was very good. [Name removed] assisted with the long term care and how to use this service. This was very helpful to assist me be able to help me navigate this area.
We did have to try a few different caregivers and they did not match with our loved one and the needs we were looking for. The last caregiver we got is excellent and I am glad we found her. Make sure to have them send someone that matches with your loved one. The administrative staff have been responsive and flexible and we have been happy with them.
