[Name removed] was a blessing to our family. She did more than was expected of her and was a great inspiration to our mother. There was a couple that had no training which couldn’t do anything without help or didn’t know what to do.
Overall their communication is good, the caretaker for me [name removed] was great I have to give her high remarks. The value you is well worth it, for me I need help with basic housekeeping chores, taking our trash, running errands, washing my hair and they help with all of that.
We got off to a rocky start, but we did find a young lady that is [name removed]'s constant caregiver and it is going very well. She was just going to cancel and the main guy came out for a visit and brought the young lady they have providing care now. He listened to mom's concerns and took care of everything.
