We had to move our mom last year, during COVID restrictions to a Memory Care residence. We searched for several months in the Central Vermont area and could not find a place that we thought was suitable and had an opening. Luckily, Woodstock Terrace had both. We were immediately impressed by the small size of the floor, 14 residents, and the clear focus on the residents as individuals. We also quickly found out how well the staff and admin work together as a caring, coordinated team. All of our questions were promptly answered and their advice on making the move successful, for our mom, was gratefully accepted. Since [date removed], Woodstock Terrace staff have continually demonstrated knowledgeable, personalized care. Our stress level quickly dropped as we realized how well our mom was being cared for.
