My sister is currently a SNF resident - for about 2 weeks. I have participated in her Care Planning meetings and visit almost daily. I could not recommend this place - hallways smell of urine frequently; poor follow-up by both Social Worker and Charge Nurse on documented issues with nursing and aides re: timeliness and accuracy of dosing of meds, proper bed equipment for safety; timely handling of bed pans.

The worst of the worst for skilled nursing facilities. Incompetent, rude, LAZY, uncaring , [Removed] nurses. The whole place is very much understaffed. Completely clueless and incompetent administrator and social workers. Leaves patients in soiled undergarments for several hours. Nurses check in on patients once every 6-7 hours - at best. A REAL medical and licensed doctor only visits this place ONCE a week. Nurses do not care for patients at all. Never take notes on whether patients eat meals or not. Filthy medical equipment Nurses ignore when a patient smells of feces or urine. Nurses never answer the phone. Nurses are PLAIN LAZY and stand around doing their own personal business or gossip instead of caring for patients. THIS LIST COULD GO ON FOREVER! DO NOT LET ANYONE YOU LOVED ONE STAY HERE!!! RUN!!!
