They could improve on the quality of the food. In independent living they get two full meals and a continental breakfast, so it's essentially three meals. We shopped around and it was the best for the dollar, hands down it is better than anything else in the area. It is gorgeous and spacious.

The community is very clean and offers a really good value. We pay $3,700 a month with no buy in for a small apartment with a kitchen. The kitchen has a small stove, refrigerator and sink. When we were trying to get in to Woodland Terrace they told us everything was ready to move and when the time came it was not. He has been there a little while and has still not been able to setup his cable and TV. He really does not like the food because the food is not the best they could use a variety, what they serve is what you get there is no options. He calls one day and complains about the community but then another day he will call and say they are taking care of it and its fine. Overall we are pleased with the community.

Extremely nice facility. Director met us right away and we talked for awhile. She explained everything thoroughly about care and activities available and we toured the facility. Then we had lunch and spoke more about the activities and care that they provide. We are really considering this place.
