Woodland Park Assisted Living is part of the Anamosa Care Center in Anamosa, Iowa, a small town alongside the Wapsipinicon River. Anamosa’s small-town feel makes it a great place to settle down and enjoy some peace and quiet. Residents can participate in plenty of community activities, as there are two different golf courses flanking the community, and community events, such as bingo, every week.
The facilities are remodeled and clean, and residents of the assisted living community receive a spacious private apartments with lots of natural light. When choosing their apartment, families and their loved ones can select from two different options, both with one bedroom and a kitchenette. While residents can cook in their apartment, they're provided two full meals a day to eat in the communal dining room.
Because the assisted living community is in the same building as the Anamosa Care Center, residents have access to 24/7 skilled nursing care. Many residents appreciate their ability to stay in the same apartment as their needs increase because of their proximity to medical assistance.
