This place is awful. The room was filthy and staff is rude and unfriendly. They have zero communication so don’t expect any calls ever. They have done things very unprofessionally . I have called and left several messages and zero response. I am not happy at all with this facility.

Exceptional staff and leadership. They are all very open to family input to care.

I like the ease of getting to the memory care unit without needing a code or key. What I like the least is lack of concern/care on the part of aides with no sense of urgency. The long wait times after the call pendant is pushed is disheartening. The care plan is not followed causing falls and skin breakdown. The HVAC system is older. During the spring and fall it is hard to maintain proper room temperatures. Several days in the spring his room is 86 - 90 degrees. The entire building is overly warm until the air conditioning system is turned on.

We love the staff that work at Woodbury Senior Living as well as the care that my mom receives from the facility. When we first viewed the facility we loved how the involved all the staff was, how cheery the facility was. I fell in love with [name removed], new resident sales and how close I'd be to mom at Woodbury Senior Living. I'm 8 mins away

My father was in transitional care at the Woodbury Transitional Care Center for about four months. The staff there was extremely helpful in taking care of my father. He was needing help in trying to get back on his feet. The physical therapy team worked with him diligently to build up his strength. The room he was in was clean and roomy. The staff for the most part were helpful and attentive. The only drawback was on the weekends as they were not fully staffed which made it difficult to try and reach them when needed. All in all, I think everyone there were helpful and caring. The team did listen to any complaints and would work to resolve them.

Id tell a friend that my mom loves her room, the aids and activities. I love that I am only 8 minutes away and can stop all the time.

We have had no problems with the friendliness of the staff members, anytime we have questions and concerns they are helpful and pretty good with response times. Our loved one hasn't really complained about the meals right now, and they have good activities and nice outings. The staff are always encouraging our loved one to get involved.

Our tour with Woodbury Senior Living went very well, the staff were very nice.
I did not think Woodbury was going to be a good fit for my mom after touring. The facility was too large and I just did not get a good feeling.

A Place for Mom has scored Woodbury Senior Living 8.1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
