Wish I could give negative star rating. Worst Person that works there in the order I would rate: [Name removed] (PT) and [name removed] (PT), very negative and rude. Will not handle concerns, kept brushing us off whenever we voiced a concern. [Name removed] kept saying they will order a brace, which never happened. Only one Full Time RN, rest are per-diem nurses who have no idea how to do anything. They must be rejects. Attending Doctors (Once a week visits) are a joke, misdiagnosed my father and said it was Gout when it was a strained muscle. Again, Wingate appears to hire rejects. Beware of Medicine handling, no system in place.. everything is hand written and not cross checked. When we took notes to PCP Office they laughed and said who wrote these? And who does that! So much room for error. Their trick is to get patients switched to long term care, so they can go after their hard earned assets after exhausting Insurance. Our suspicions about this was confirmed by other patient family members and staff that works there. Contact me and I will give you specifics of their tricky ways. [Name removed] and [name removed] tooks days to figure out the best wheelchair for my dad and they ordered the most basic one with no raised arm support or cushion. I could've ordered a better one with no medical background, but these are experts? What a joke!!! My calls to get this resolved were not returned. So, Please stay far away from Wingate @ Weston. Lots were promised at time of tour before admission and it went right down from the beginning. We took this as a learning experience and thank GOD my dad was not harmed while staying here from their horrible treatment. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies.

Despite having been advised my mom had fallen at home, she fell and broke her hip on her 4th morning at this facility. Staff did not inquire as to her well-being after surgery, and we were forced to move her to another facility following rehab there. Terrible sequence of events.

Small assisted living with memory care section looked nice enough, although apartments are all studio. Can transition from private pay (assisted living) to medicaid (skilled nursing area) if needed.
