I wish the rehab therapists would push her a little bit more. They're treating her well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The nurses are running their legs off and they need more help. The facility is quiet. They're always mopping and cleaning. They do waste a lot of food, they put a lot on her plate. The food itself is better than some restaurants. They talk to me. They let her know when she was sent back to the hospital and came back again. When something happens, they tell me.

Windber Woods has been great! We are currently very satisfied with her being here and they have definitely met our expectations. The nurses are very attentive. They are always checking on her making sure she is comfortable. The medications have been administered on time and they are on top of her showers. The facility is always clean and it never has that nursing home smell. I think the meals are just fine. I will say that they are good about having options. Also, they are good about assisting her in the dining room when she would like to socialize during her meals.

They're doing an excellent job with my loved one! The rehab therapists got her walking, and I was tickled with that! It's very clean. Around and in her room, is really good. She seems to like eating there. As long as she is satisfied I am satisfied. They always tell me what's going on.

The therapy is going quite well and the rehab staff is excellent. They are very good with my loved one. They keep her clean and give her a bath on bath days. The nurses are very attentive and good with my mother. There are days they are short-staffed and the housekeepers are quite busy. They do not clean the rooms as much as they should. She is eating more and she enjoys the meals. My loved one's nurse lets me know if my mother is eating and if there are any problems.

My sister seems to very happy. My sister is happy with their physical therapy. She does not have to use the wheelchair anymore and uses the walker now. My sister liked the bicycle and the insurance will not pay for that now. She is very enthusiastic with the aides. Everybody has been very friendly. She gets along with some nurses but not with others. The place is spotless. My sister is a picky eater and she liked their food. There are no problems with communication. I called them and she wanted to talk with an RN in private and they did that with my sister.

The staff care is okay. They do extra stuff for them and do not leave them sitting all day. Most of the staff are friendly. The nurses are all good. I wouldn't have my mom in there if it wasn't for the cleanliness. They do substitute meals if you don't like something. They do call me.

My stay with Windber Woods has been interesting. It includes both good and bad. Overall, I'd recommend the facility. Their rehab therapy is excellent! Everyone was friendly. Overall, the nurses were good. I only had one bad experience and that had to do when I gave some clothes to the laundry that had my name in them and they were not returned. The facility is very clean.

I haven't heard many complaints from him. I spoke to one of the therapists and they answered all my questions very clearly. My uncle said they worked him thoroughly. The nursing is very good from what I understand, and have observed. He really enjoyed the hamburger. I think he said there was a pasta dish that he liked very much. Communication needs improvement. As far as calling me, they do not do that.

There are pros and cons. The staff is okay and doing their job. They are but understaffed for the number of patients have. The remodeling is very nice. They communicate to the best of their ability.

Overall, the facility is fine. The nurses are nice. They do not clean every day and sometimes it is every couple of days. Sometimes they only clean by the bathroom and leave. They are understaffed. She complains about the food. The breakfast is bad. She tells them not to bring oatmeal and they still bring it every day.

They told me that he was staying about the same with his therapy and really wasn't progressing. They did keep him at a certain level. The nurses had limited staff. My dad said the food was not good.

They were very compassionate! I didn't know a lot and I had questions, and everyone was helpful with the process. Whenever something happened, they called me to let me know what was going on.

When I found out I had to come here I really did not want to come but honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience. Every aspect of rehab therapy has been outstanding! They made me feel so welcome! Really, anyone that has walked into my room so far has been a pleasure. I have a restricted diet and they have done an excellent job replacing the meals with options I can have.

The rehab therapists care about you and they're always giving me therapy. The nurses were cheerful, and they're kind, and they try to help you whenever they can. They are awfully busy. Cleanliness is very good. The meals are very good.

Everybody is nice there and treats her well. My god, they are overworked! I think the cleanliness is fine. My loved one is not a very good eater, but they try.

Every time I have been there she has had accidents but they do help and clean her. They are understaffed and the management is going through a transition. The nurses are fine. I have no complaints about the cleanliness. Communication has been confusing and it is not their fault.
