Poorly run with unprofessional and incompetent workers (i. e, I was in there for back surgery rehab. I had a couple of urinating accidents during my stay because I could not get to the bathroom quick enough. The day I left I had to vacate the room because a new patient was coming in. I sat in the room across from my room I was in for a week. The cleaning consisted of damp mopping the floor. I purposely watched to see if they had washed the floor. Not washed. I saw today that out of 90 beds; 43 contracted the Covid-19; out of that 43, 9 died. This sooo horrible

This dump should be shut down. The staff is incompetent, rude, unprofessional and nasty. My story is too long to tell it all here. I was at this dump for one hour on Feb. 15, 2019 for rehab after hip replacement surgery. I called my husband to pick me up without ever checking in. One staff member expected me to trust her and her broken English. Another spoke to me in unprofessional slang. Another spoke to me like I was a stray dog. Another tried to tell me my questions were invalid and yet another towered over my bed with her arms folded telling me, "You aren't leaving here. We can't give you a wheelchair or a walker to get to your car. We can't give you anything." I'm sure they paid for their 4 star rating. Hell on earth. [Name removed]
