Our experience thus far would indicate they've had some issues with staffing, leaving them short handed at times but overall care has been good. My folks are 95 and 94 years of age so activities are not necessarily of great interest. I know long term care is not inexpensive and certainly not quality care but it is expensive and of concern for my parents. I think likely normal movement by staff looking to better their pay, hours, etc.... Read more

September 12, 2024At The Wildwood Senior Living, we strive to provide exceptional senior living for residents. We encourage you to call the Executive Assistant to the CEO at 1-800-983-8876 x8960 to provide feedback and ensure that we address any areas of concern.
All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. I love being able to message or call the nurse line if I need to. The food is excellent and the kitchen staff is also great. The outings are really nice to get mom out and about. They are always having celebrations or activities which is also great. Mom is often out of supplies such as toilet paper. The billing runs off of a point system based on care points which is not explanatory when you pay monthly, and it fluctuates. I wish they would send an itemized care point list with the bill.

I absolutely love Wildwood and so does dad. All the staff are very friendly. Really Care about the people who live here. The facility is not like a nursing facility. It feels like a home. It is beautiful. And kept completely clean

Everything has been great. She would be a lot happier if she could order her own medicine as the way it's done there her medicines cost her triple . Based on the experience we have had so far, we have been recommending this community to other families

With the meals and dining service they don't let the residents order off the menu when they have the buffet, we wish they would go back to menu ordering for the residents. We cannot rate the activities because our loved one does not participate in them.

Response from Wildwood Senior Living
October 28, 2023The fastest way to someone’s heart is through the stomach. We take pride in our restaurant dining. To clarify, buffets are only for Brunch and special events. However, residents can always order off the menu, even when buffets are offered. Please reach out if you have any other concerns! We hope you have a great day!
So far everybody being friendly, my wife likes it and it's clean and the meals are good and they have therapy everything we need it it's they're very helpful. The only problem I have is they are short of RN nurses they have a lot of Jewish caregivers, and not very many LVN's even

What I like the most about the community is the communication between the nurse line and the staff as well as their willingness to always help and be there for our family. Our loved one loves the food too! They treat my mom with so much love and kindness.

Our family had an in person tour with Wildwood Senior Living and from everything we were able to see on the tour and the different staff we were able to meet with, we thought it was a great tour experience
The aids do an awesome job. The kitchen is awesome. We compliment them everyday. They got my loved ones weight up.
The staff are great and the food is really good. I don't get to see the activities when I am there but I know that they do have things for the residents to do. This is a very good place for your loved one to go. The care services are great and they do their best with all that they do for the residents.

They genuinely do care about the residents at this community. They are also very quick to address any needs or concerns I may have about my mothers care. The staff treat my mother just as they would their own family members with genuine love.

We were blown away by this place (in a good way)! We were greeted by people that seemed genuinely pleased to see us. [name removed] and another staff member met with us and gathered information on our father and our specific situation. The facility was so warm and inviting and everyone we saw, residents included were so friendly. After the tour, we went back to discuss the detailed information and were greeted by a plate of refreshments. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost and value of Wildwood. We have no doubts that this is the place for our father.

We absolutely loved Wildwood, they were just so accommodating. My mom came in with independent living then moved to assisted about a week after and then passed away shortly after that. They moved all of her stuff and set up her room, they were great with everything that we needed done here. Whenever I need a place to go, I will be going here. It is a beautiful place and the staff are very friendly and the food is also amazing. I would highly recommend to others looking and already have. Everything they could do to make my mom happy they did.

With COVID the activities are a little difficult, however they are taking our loved one out on little outings, they are doing the best they can. At this community you can order food off of a menu throughout the entire day from 7AM to 7PM. This is a newer facility, so it is very very clean. Our loved has some trouble falling and their is staff member there all the time to help if he needs it. The communication is great and our loved one is being well taken care of.

I would recommend them to others. The room sizes were very good. My brother didn't like the food. I lived two hours away so it was very hard, especially with Covid-19 when they shut every down to visitors. It is a very clean place.

I just love Wildwood Senior Living. I looked at 12 places before I picked Wildwood. The food is excellent. The room sizes are good. It is a newer place. Not a lot of outdoor space. The staff is excellent.

I love living at The Wildwood Senior Living. The people are so nice and helpful and the residences are so friendly. They have an expert Chef that prepares the meals which are served in a restaurant where you get to order off of a menu that changes daily. A friendly lady comes in once a week to clean your room and changes your bed sheets every other week. I have a one bedroom apartment with a nice size kitchenet, large living space, large bedroom, a deck, a washer and dryer, a front closet and a bedroom closet, both fairly large. I am so thankful I found this place to live!

A Place for Mom has scored Wildwood Senior Living 8.4 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
