Westminster Meadows

These are nice senior apartments, and my mother is doing very well here. I'am pleased with all they have us. I know she is safe and in good place. The community looks nice and well maintained. Everyone has been very friendly and kind. They have a nice community clubhouse where the residents can gather to play games, and other activities. Overall it was good move for her, and we are satisfied. I would recommend this community.

It's been really good. She is making it her own. They were the only one in the general area. Compared to other apartment complexes, it's a small development, and very clean. The manager was very inviting. She is happy with it, and so we are happy with it.

I was told there was no smoking allowed and that proved wrong. People have been found smoking in their rooms. The area around the facility does not seem safe. There is garbage thrown and broken bottles outside. That really bothers me the most. People that don't live in this facility trespass and throw their garbage here. There is no central air. There's an ac unit which does not cool down the whole place. I'm going to be looking to move. Those are the major issues.

This is a wonderful place for a senior to live. I moved in June 2014 and I love it here. Everyone is so friendly and we get together for coffee and cookies every weekday. There is BINGO two nights a week and movie night, and potlucks once a month as well as birthday celebrations. The flowers outside were so beautiful they made me feel like I was home as soon as I drove up! Come join us!

Overall things have been very good at Westminster Meadows! The apartments are beautiful and up-to-date, and the whole place is very clean, The people here are so friendly, and everyone helps each other out, it really has a warm family atmosphere! The only complaint I have is that in terms of activities they said bingo was "provided", but did not mention there is a cost of 50 cents per card, so I was embarrassed when I showed up for the first time with no money. But overall this is a great place, and I hope I'm able to stay here forever!

The setting of Westminister Meadows is so relaxing as you drive up the circular drive. Of course thecsunnt dayvhelped a lot too. The people - staff and residentscwere very friendly and that made me feel at home right away. And then I found the organ just sitting around in one of the lovely gathering rooms. I was asked if I knew how to play and I mentioned I only played hymns. So I played a few of my favorites for them and they were so gracious - of course they made my day! What else can I say - the rooms are lovely & clean, with plenty of room, the people were so friendly that I really didn't want to leave, and the staff were so helpful. I'll be back with my children to show them the gem that I have could and just say to then, "looks good enough for mom doesn't it?". And I think they will agree and sign me up. I sure hope so!!
