It’s stressful to worry about your loved one everyday and the decision to use a memory care unit was a difficult one. We have had ups and downs at Wesley Gardens and at one time I toured someplace to move my mother. But I’m so glad we stuck it out because there has been much improvement in the last month or two. Mom is happier and the others around her seem happier. I prayed for an answer and I got one. It’s always been a good enough place but I wanted her final years to be better than good enough. There is a new feeling of joy and love I can’t explain. Whatever the change in the facility I pray it continues. Knowing she is loved takes a burden from my shoulders.... Read more

Our family had an in person tour and we just did not feel welcoming, we felt like a big inconvenience. The gentlemen who gave the tour was pretty negative and instead of selling us on the community it seemed like he really down played it. We just did not get that warm and fuzzy feeling.

A Place for Mom has scored Wesley Gardens 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
