Rent has gone up 3 times in 2 years, nearly $100 more now than when moved in. Apartments were built poorly, door frame is not square and screen door doesn’t fit well. Maintenance is slow and incompetent. Have contacted them a dozen times about bugs getting in under the door but no solution yet. Have had extermination and maintenance here but issue still not resolved. My mom moved here when they first opened in 2010 then had to move away for a while. Recently moved back and have had a lot of problems there now. Expensive and does not live up to expectations.
