I have lived here at Water Tower since December 2016 and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Yes, Management has changed hands but that is to be expected with a new complex. [Name removed] who is our current Property Manager is on the ball and a perfect representative for this company. Whenever I have a maintenance issue it is handled in good time and I am always kept in the loop as to what is happening. Pest control is provided on the last Wednesday of the month, and you are notified well in advance if they need to access your apartment for any reason. My Water Bill is paid through the complex and I pay that automatically online each month alone with my rent. These units were built in 2016 and include many cost-saving energy features, so my Electric Bill is very low also. I have no plans to move anytime soon!... Read more

Very poor management, was sitting on my porch yesterday and seen 3 people go to office door and knock, no one came to door, manager was there. I seen her open the door after people left. 8 outside security lights are out, some have been out over a year. Right now having plumbing issues with toilets, this has been an ongoing issue. Every time we turn around there's a note on the door even on doors that the note does not pertain to. The city has had complaints about this place. Some apartments flood after a heavy rain this too has been an ongoing problem. I can continue on but I do not have enough room or time to tell you about other issues do not let your mom or dad move to this place if I could give it a 0 - I would

apartment was nice, met some very nice people. I had no maintenance problems. I did receive a note in my door with intent to evict me over a $60 water bill of which 43 of it was late fees. I had water set up to come out automatically but for some reason it did not. Instead of calling me and saying hey we didn’t receive your payment they waited till it was past due 2 months and got two late fees. I am currently waiting on my deposit to be returned as I was told in walk through I would be getting back in 30 days. It is past 30 days, I wasn’t given 30 days to pay my deposit. I am on fixed income I would appreciate my money to be refunded promptly.

This place could be a nice place if they were willing to hire someone that has experience and would actually care. What I have heard from the residents that reside there is that there has been a constant turnover in management since this place opened.. seems like they may need to try another approach when it comes to the hiring process. Hopefully these seniors will get the manager they deserve eventually, someone that won’t barricade themselves in the office and that well actually care about the property and the well being of their residents. Please give these seniors a place that they will be proud to call home and that they would recommend to their friends.

No management, no maintenance man at this location at this moment. Management and maintenance are a high turnover since it opened in 2016. When we do have a manager they keep the blinds closed and doors locked most of the time so residents cannot use the community room or the computer room. When we knock on the door managers mostly do not answer. At the writing of this post some residences July, August and September rent checks have not been deposited in our banks. Little to no communication from the home office. Grass has not been cut in over a month. Some grass are over 3 ft. This is Georgia and mosquitoes here are bad. Higher grass makes it worse. Also, when it rains some apartments get water inside, this also has been an ongoing problem since this place opened. MVAH Partners own this property, they just changed their name to Pivotal Housing Partners. Same people just different uniforms from what residents were told. Think hard before moving here. This is my honest review

Lived here since 11/2016. First big rain storm my bedroom and walk-in closet had about 1 in. of water (brand new apartment). Just moved in , took 3 storms for them to fix it, kitchen's outlets did not work when I moved in. Retention Pond had garage from contractor's in it from beginning. Told manager, nothing done, has not cleaned Pond 1 time since move in. Weeds in Pond. Crack in my hallway. Told manager 3 different times, still nothing done, Floors built uneven, Cracks between floor and baseboards, toads on back and front porches at night and early morning. Found 1 toad inside this morning. Small back and front porches, this is NOT a smoke free community as brochure says.Yards are uneven. Thermostat in my apartment has been changed 3 different times ( last time due to a storm). 3 different managers since opening 11/2016. No activities for seniors on premise. Has a small place to garden. About 4 people took over and everyone else left out. Management did nothing. Pros : Apartment is good size,...new appliances, comes with washer/dryer,computers to use at office, ( Monday-Friday when office is opened), tiny exercise room, garage compactor doesn't overflow except on weekends when maintenance is not here to compact it.

I like that they have a community center for the residents to enjoy. I would highly recommend this nice community for the good value of a great place to call home.
