The value for the money is really good given the location that it is in and the senior center has nice activities going on. We would absolutely recommend this community to others. We have on negative though and that is that our loved one is handicapped and we got her a handicapped unit but the bathroom has a bath tub, and not a walk-in shower so at times it is still a real struggle for our loved one.... I think it's a great place to move anybody 65 and older. There's an income limit to qualify, and we were pleased with their pricing. The property management I dealt with were great. It's in a building that adjoins the Department of Aging, so there's easy access to transportation and things of that nature. So that's very convenient. The whole area is very convenient, with lots of stores within walking distance if you don't drive. There were lots of updates - It was newly painted, with new flooring, new cabinets, and new bathrooms. It was a nice size apartment for the money. I thought it was a very good value. And it was a safe neighborhood.
