time there he likes the meals and everyone is very nice The facility is clean and well managed, and the services are extremely well priced for the quality. I’m really glad that we made this decision for my dad. He has really adapted extremely well to living at the facility, which is really for him more like apartment living with a little extra help and really good food.

Everyone you meet is FABULOUS. From the front staff to the Marketing Director who was super friendly! This is a wonderful community. All the facilities are very clean. Mom said she enjoys all of the tasty meals that are freshly served every day.

Had a wonderful visit to this facility the other day. Mom has finally gotten old enough she can’t handle the day to entirely by herself. I hadn’t been in one of these homes since I was a child myself, so my expectation was low, and much to my surprise very wrong. [name removed] the woman who organized the visit was quite pleasant, and the home was very much cleaner and nicer than I was expecting, (memories of strong urine smell) were not an issue at all, we got to speak to a few of the residents that were up and about, they seemed to be in good spirits and had no negative comments about the residence that they cared to share, I know because I asked every chance I got, I certainly could see myself visiting my mother here , its relatively close to work for me so popping in in the evening would be a breeze, we only have one more place to visit before we make a decision so I believe [name removed] will be seeing us soon for placement , not happy about putting mom anywhere but this visit was good!

Ville Ste. Marie is the absolute best senior living facility that I have ever been associated with. They treat EVERYONE with the utmost care and compassion and as if the resident was their very own grandparent/parent. Enough just cant be said about the community and especially the extremely welcoming marketing director [name removed]’. Ville Ste. Marie WILL NOT disappoint.

We were looking for a place for my mother and this place felt like home from the moment we walked in! So thankful Mom is in a place she can thrive and be happy. She has settled in quickly and loves showing off her new apartment!

After hurricane Ida. I was forced out of my apartment in The Landing at Behrman Pace. I decided to try to come to Ville Ste. Marie mainly due to its location. The staff and residents made me very welcomed. I thoroughly enjoy living here. It’s like I came home. I can’t imagine living anywhere else.

Very professional , Not pushy on selling theire rooms. Friendly. They do need new carpeting in the halls though. They serve a lot of food at lunch , you surely will fill up. Activities are good, they keep the residents busy.

My mom has been a resident at Ville Ste. Marie Senior Living Community for many years now. We are very satisfied with the care and concern shown for her well-being. The staff members are compassionate, patient, professional, and friendly. A variety of activities and programs are available to keep everyone involved. She has found wonderful new friends among the other residents. The food options are nutritious and delicious. I really appreciate how the monthly newsletters and calendars are e-mailed to me. We are kept well informed should an issue arise. We feel secure knowing she is in a safe, caring, supportive environment. I would highly recommend this community.

Ville Ste. Marie is a very special place. The employees are very friendly and engaging. They go above and beyond for the residents. There are several activities offered to keep the residents active and entertained.

My family is very happy with Ville St. Marie. My mother has been there for 5 months and I am so happy to have found a place that feels like home for her. This is not a “corporate” kind of place but a place staffed by locals who really care. If I walk in the front door at lunch time the young lady at the front desk will tell me which dining room my mom is in. Or later in the day they will tell me, Oh, she just went upstairs. They always seem to keep an eye on every resident.

The entire Ville St. Marie staff is kind and the residents are so much fun! From the very first tour with [name removed] to the delicious food prepared by Ms. [name removed] and her team, everything has been great!! Thank you to all the staff and hard workers.

I can’t say enough about this community’s salesperson. She immediately put us at ease, made us smile, and helped us feel like someone cared about what we are going through. We are excited to be part of this lovely community.

Mom has been here at Ville Ste. Marie three months and has acclimated well - they are currently on lockdown for Covid ?? It has been the best decision so far.

This has been a great experience. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. This is a good community for independent living. Weekly housekeeping, the room, two meals a day (breakfast and lunch), shuttle service to and from doctor appointments and grocery shopping, all utilities (except electricity), and satellite tv is included in the monthly rate. The apartment does have a full kitchen, and there are free laundry facilities on each floor of the building for the residents to use. There is the availability to add laundry service, dinners, and meal delivery for an additional charge each month.

I would recommend you check the community out to see if this would be a good fit for your loved one. The people here are friendly. There are two meals, activities, room, transportation, and housekeeping that is included in the monthly fee per month. There are washers and dryers that are available in several areas of the building. Some of the activities that are available are bingo, arts and crafts, music, and more for the residents to choose from.

This is an excellent retirement community that offers both independent living and assisted living, so that a person can move in independently and then age in peace, without having to even switch apartments! Some other communities in the area do not offer independent living, so you could end up paying for assisted living services that you might not yet need. The residents are very active and happy. The community itself is bright and cheery and the apartments are big with lots of closets and storage. If you're from around here, it's across from the famous Haydel's Bakery, which is an added bonus!

What really sticks out is the staff members, they have been great and very easy to work with.
